Jefferson City, Mo. - DIFP and Attorney General Chris Koster have reached a $399,440 settlement with a seller of motor vehicle extended service contracts doing business as "StopRepairBills" since late 2009. The company now advertises under the name Vehicle Protection Center. The settlement requires the company to reform its business practices.
