Bulletin 96-08 was sent to your company on November 19, 1996. That bulletin suspended the requirements of statute section 379.936.1(1), RSMo, for a period of one year for association groups. Bulletin 97-07, dated November 14, 1997, extended the suspension of this subdivision for one additional year.
The purpose of this bulletin is to advise small employer carriers that the application of section 379.936.1(1), RSMo, to association groups, is again suspended for a one year period ending November 20, 1999.
